Tulsa Zoo
We love going to the zoo and each time we go, Alex enjoys it more. This time, he sat still for thirty minutes, mesmerized by the elephant show. Those of you who know Alex know that he NEVER sits still so it was quite amazing for us. We rode the train and the merry go round and Alex made friends with everyone.

Look like you guys had TONS of fun :) Alex is turning into such a little man :) I love the one of him on the turtle :)
back in the day we didn't have no fancy-pants turtle sculptures to ride. we had to ride real giant turtles. and goats ate our hats!
i can't wait to show him the native animals of brooklyn. the elusive gowanus canal bag fish. the shore-hugging coney island diaper fish. the ever adorable subway rail rats (with and without eyes). even the world famous single-legged stub pigeon!
I was wondering if the goat ate his hat too.
