So, Alexander has totally changed our lives and we already don't know what we did without him. He is eating well (though breastfeeding is much more difficult than I had imagined) and he sleeps good. He has only had a few bouts of screaming, so we are considering ourselves lucky. He is teaching us a lot and we are trying to learn. Luckily, he is a pretty patient little man.

It's such an amazing experience! I'm so excited for you both. On breastfeeding, it took the first three months for me before I felt like things were going smoothly but everyone's different. It's very tough in the beginning so hang in there. I just want to encourage you to go with it and it will all come together eventually. It's so worth the wait! My sister just had her third baby and I've been coaching her with breastfeeding. Please email me or we can talk on the phone if you need help.
